The Internet Shop sells products via the Internet web.
Orders are accepted via the Internet. In order to place an order it is necessary to fill out an order form. The client covers the costs of transport.
The time of executing an order depends on:
-if the merchandise is in stock, then the postage follows immediately after the payment reaches our account.
-if the purchased merchandise is temporarily out of stock, then the time of waiting for its production ranges 4-5 weeks.
In case of unavailability of certain parts within the order, the Buyer is immediately informed. The Buyer then decides if the order is to be realized in part or if to await the production of all components.
After putting together the order, the merchandise is sent to the Buyer. The anticipated time of delivery-eg.; first class postage is 7 days.
A limited amount of merchandise is avaliable during a promotion or a sale. The execution of an order depends on the order of incoming orders, until sale supplies are exhausted.
All the prices are shown in polish złotych and includes the VAT tax. The price given at the time of purchase is binding from the moment of placing an order by the Client. The shop reserves the right to change the prices of pruducts listed in the offer, introducing new merchandise to the internet shop’s offer, carrying out and cancelling promotional events on the pages of the shop or introducing changes within them.
At the moment of placing an order by the Buyer, an agreement is signed between the Buyer and the Seller. The subject of the agreement is the mentioned object within the order.
The rights and duties of the parties of the agreement are regulated in the Civil Codex Act 16, nr 93, 23rd of April 1964, as well as in the consumer rights protection Act 22 nr 271 with later changes from 2nd of march 2000, about the responsibilities for damage caused by dangerous products.
The contract of selling the merchandise is concluded in accordance with polish law.
The appropriate court for considering the dispute resulting from the selling contract is the appropriate court in the location of the defendant or the appropriate court within the area of creating the contract.
Information of personal details given in the order form in the internet shop "Ceramika Artystyczna Bolesławiec" are gathered and processed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 101, nr 926, 29th of August 1997 with later changes. The gathered personal details are used strictly in order to execute the recieved orders and to inform about promotions and in no case will become available to a third party. Every client of our shop has the right do delete his/her personal details from our database.
Returning merchandise. In accordance with the Consumers Rights Act, 2nd of March 2000 in point, the responsibility for any harm done by dangerous products, the client can resign from purchased merchandise in our shop without giving a reason within 10 days of recieving the package. This is only possible, when the merchandise bears no mark of usage, is complete and undamaged in any way. The returnable merchandise is postage paid by client together with the reciept and invoice included. The shop guarantees refund of the exact price of the merchandise. The money will be refunded within 5 working days by money transfer to a bank account designated by the client or via postal service to the address stated in the order. The cost for returning merchandise is not refundable.
Changing merchandise is only possible after prior agreement with our firm. In this case you are required to state the product/products and the pattern/patterns that are to be changed. The cost of transportation (carriage of changed merchandise and repostage) is covered by the client.
Complaints. If after recieving the merchandise the client finds any damage he/she should immediately contact our firm in order to begin the complaints procedure. The shop does not accept any payment on delivery packages. All complaints are dealt within 14 working days from the date of acknowledgment. Any damaged merchandise will be replaced to its full worth, if it’s no longer possible to replace the exact piece (eg; out of stock), the shop will return the price to the buyer or will offer other availiable merchandise in the shop.
